Dengan demikian, Molindo Raya Industrial akan menjadi entitas yang menerima penggabungan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seluruh aset dan kewajiban, aktivitas, serta karyawan MIG akan dialihkan ke Molindo Raya Industrial. Sementara itu, MIG akan dibubarkan secara hukum tanpa proses likuidasi terlebih dahulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tujuan dan Dampak Penggabungan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Penggabungan ini akan menyederhanakan dan mengkonsolidasikan struktur kepemilikan aset menjadi satu entitas hukum di bawah pengelolaan yang sama,&#8221; ungkap Direktur dan Sekretaris Perusahaan Madusari Murni, Jose G Tan, dalam laporan keterbukaan informasi di BEI pada Kamis (2\/1\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manajemen menegaskan bahwa langkah ini tidak akan berdampak signifikan terhadap operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pergerakan Saham MOLI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Saham MOLI ditutup naik 1,89 persen menjadi Rp216 dengan volume perdagangan mencapai 23,3 ribu saham pada Jumat (3\/1\/2025).
