Sektor ini saat ini sedang berupaya untuk berkembang di tengah tantangan ekonomi yang ada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Bagaimana mungkin sektor yang mengalami penurunan pertumbuhan meminta kenaikan upah sektoral? Contohnya, industri otomotif yang tahun ini mengalami penurunan sebesar 15 persen, bagaimana bisa meminta kenaikan upah sektoral?&#8221; ungkap Bob Azam dalam pernyataan resminya, Senin (23\/12\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai catatan, upah sektoral berbeda dari upah minimum daerah. Upah minimum sektoral adalah angka terendah yang ditetapkan berdasarkan sektor dan subsektor industri. Oleh karena itu, dalam satu wilayah yang sama, besaran upah minimum dapat bervariasi tergantung pada jenis industri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut kesepakatan anggota Dewan Pengupahan Provinsi Jakarta, nilai UMSP DKI Jakarta untuk Tahun 2025 akan mengacu pada Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia (KBLI) yang mencakup tiga sektor dan 18 sub-sektor, mulai dari industri pengolahan hingga jasa keuangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan kesepakatan, upah minimum untuk tiga sektor dan 18 sub-sektor ditetapkan mulai dari Rp5,5 juta. Jika kita merujuk pada kenaikan UMR sebesar 6,5 persen yang diumumkan oleh Presiden Prabowo, maka upah minimum di Jakarta hanya sekitar Rp5,3 juta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Padahal Pak Prabowo sudah mengumumkan upah minimum (regional). Itu sudah cukup, bahkan melebihi perkiraan awal kita. Sekarang malah ada tambahan upah sektoral. Sementara MK hanya menyebutkan sektor-sektor tertentu, bukan semuanya,&#8221; kata Bob.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia menegaskan bahwa jika kebijakan ini tetap dilanjutkan, hal itu dapat berisiko bagi industri otomotif. Banyak produsen mungkin akan menghadapi kesulitan finansial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ini sangat mengkhawatirkan. (Dengan adanya upah sektoral), kenaikannya bisa lebih dari 6,5 persen, bahkan bisa bertambah 1, 2, atau 3 persen.
