TOWR mencatatkan pendapatan sebesar <strong>Rp9,45 triliun<\/strong>, meningkat <strong>8,37 persen<\/strong> dari <strong>Rp8,72 triliun<\/strong> pada periode sebelumnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pendapatan Sewa dan Jasa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendapatan sewa dari pihak ketiga masih menjadi kontributor utama, mencapai <strong>Rp8,54 triliun<\/strong>, sementara pendapatan dari jasa dan lainnya tercatat sebesar <strong>Rp798,77 miliar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beban Pokok Pendapatan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hingga September 2024, beban pokok pendapatan meningkat menjadi <strong>Rp2,89 triliun<\/strong>, terdiri dari depresiasi dan amortisasi sebesar <strong>Rp2,26 triliun<\/strong> serta beban pokok pendapatan lainnya sebesar <strong>Rp634,59 miliar<\/strong>. Beban penjualan dan pemasaran juga mengalami kenaikan menjadi <strong>Rp229,28 miliar<\/strong>, beban umum dan administrasi meningkat menjadi <strong>Rp639,48 miliar<\/strong>, serta beban usaha lainnya naik menjadi <strong>Rp394,69 miliar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Total Ekuitas dan Liabilitas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total ekuitas TOWR pada akhir September 2024 tercatat sebesar <strong>Rp18,27 triliun<\/strong>, meningkat dari <strong>Rp16,51 triliun<\/strong> pada akhir tahun lalu. Jumlah liabilitas juga naik dari <strong>Rp52,18 triliun<\/strong> pada akhir 2023 menjadi <strong>Rp60,57 triliun<\/strong> per 30 September 2024.
