Kenaikan ini dipicu oleh pengumuman dividen interim yang disampaikan oleh manajemen perusahaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada sesi perdagangan pertama siang ini, harga saham ACRO meningkat sebesar Rp20 atau 24,69 persen menjadi Rp101. Kenaikan ini memberikan harapan baru bagi para pemegang saham ACRO setelah harga sahamnya mengalami penurunan sejak awal tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam sesi intraday, harga saham ACRO sempat mencapai Rp103 sebelum akhirnya turun kembali ke Rp101. Total nilai transaksi tercatat mencapai Rp5,6 miliar dengan volume perdagangan mencapai 569 ribu lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perusahaan yang memproduksi pita perekat hook dan loop ini mengumumkan dividen interim sebesar Rp7,6 miliar, yang setara dengan Rp10,15 per saham. Dividen ini diambil dari laba bersih yang diperoleh selama sembilan bulan pertama tahun ini, yang juga sebesar Rp7,6 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan harga saham saat ini di Rp101, dividend yield ACRO tercatat masih dalam kategori dua digit, yaitu 10,05 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penetapan dividen ini dilakukan melalui rapat direksi ACRO yang telah disetujui oleh Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 20 Desember 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadwal pembagian dividen juga telah ditentukan, di mana pemegang saham yang berhak atas dividen interim harus memiliki saham ACRO (cum dividen) di pasar reguler pada 6 Januari 2025. Rencananya, dividen tersebut akan dicairkan pada 23 Januari 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samcro baru saja melakukan IPO pada Januari 2024, di mana perusahaan berhasil mengumpulkan dana sebesar Rp74 miliar dari aksi korporasi tersebut.
