Menurut laporan dari media Jepang NHK, kedua perusahaan sedang mempertimbangkan untuk melakukan kombinasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Detail Perjanjian Merger<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honda (NYSE:HMC) dan Nissan (OTC:NSANY) telah menandatangani perjanjian dasar untuk merger dan akan mengadakan konferensi pers pada hari Senin untuk mengumumkan kesepakatan tersebut.
