Kerugian ini berdampak langsung pada Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang tidak optimal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHampir separuhnya mengalami kerugian. Mengapa? Karena penempatan individu yang tidak kompeten, seperti anggota keluarga, kerabat, atau teman, di posisi strategis,\u201d kata Tito saat menghadiri APBD Award pada 18 Desember 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia menambahkan bahwa praktik nepotisme ini menghasilkan struktur organisasi yang tidak profesional, sehingga menyulitkan perusahaan untuk beroperasi secara efisien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai tindakan tegas, Tito mengungkapkan bahwa pihaknya telah mengeluarkan surat edaran yang memerintahkan penghentian operasional BUMD yang tidak dapat diselamatkan. Langkah ini diambil untuk mencegah anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah (APBD) terbuang hanya untuk menutupi kerugian BUMD yang sudah tidak produktif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPara kepala daerah harus lebih kreatif dalam mencari sumber-sumber pendapatan baru. Jangan hanya bergantung pada APBD, tetapi eksplorasi peluang lain yang bisa meningkatkan pendapatan daerah secara berkelanjutan,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika operasional BUMD yang bermasalah ini terus berlanjut, dana APBD akan terus tergerus hanya untuk menutupi kerugian mereka. Hal ini tidak baik untuk kesehatan keuangan daerah, tegasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tito juga menyoroti fenomena di mana setiap kali terjadi pergantian kepala daerah, sering kali diikuti dengan perubahan pejabat di BUMD. Sayangnya, proses ini sering kali lebih didasarkan pada hubungan personal daripada kompetensi, yang justru memperburuk kondisi keuangan BUMD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain menyoroti isu nepotisme, Tito juga mengingatkan para kepala daerah untuk mengubah cara berpikir mereka. Ia meminta agar kepala daerah tidak hanya fokus pada pengeluaran daerah, tetapi juga mencari inovasi baru untuk meningkatkan PAD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Langkah ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki kondisi keuangan daerah yang terpengaruh oleh kerugian BUMD. Tito menekankan pentingnya profesionalisme dalam pengelolaan BUMD untuk menciptakan perusahaan yang sehat dan mampu memberikan kontribusi positif bagi daerah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masalah kerugian di BUMD tidak hanya merugikan keuangan daerah, tetapi juga berdampak jangka panjang terhadap pembangunan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
