Namun, pemerintah berharap agar tidak terjadi Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) di perusahaan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Presiden Prabowo selalu menekankan pentingnya menghindari PHK di perusahaan. Kami pun memiliki pandangan yang sama. Kami tidak ingin ada PHK. Komitmen kami adalah melindungi hak-hak pekerja,&#8221; ungkap Wamenaker dalam pernyataan resmi, Sabtu (21\/12\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wamenaker menekankan bahwa perusahaan yang dinyatakan pailit tetap wajib memenuhi hak-hak pekerja sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Hal ini menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya menjaga kesejahteraan pekerja yang terdampak oleh situasi ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kami menyadari tantangan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan, namun hal tersebut tidak seharusnya mengurangi tanggung jawab mereka terhadap karyawan. Hak-hak pekerja, termasuk pembayaran pesangon, upah yang belum dibayarkan, dan program jaminan sosial, harus tetap dipenuhi, tegasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai upaya perlindungan bagi pekerja, pemerintah telah meluncurkan program Jaminan Kehilangan Pekerjaan (JKP) untuk mendukung pekerja yang mengalami pemutusan hubungan kerja.
