Tercatat, terdapat <strong>20 penggugat<\/strong>, di mana beberapa di antaranya adalah purnawirawan tinggi dari <strong>Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gugatan ini ditujukan kepada delapan tergugat, termasuk <strong>Sugianto Kusuma<\/strong>, <strong>Anthoni Salim<\/strong>, <strong>PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk. (PANI)<\/strong>, <strong>PT Kukuh Mandiri Lestari<\/strong>, <strong>Joko Widodo (Jokowi)<\/strong>, <strong>Airlangga Hartarto<\/strong>, <strong>Sutarta Wijaya<\/strong>, dan <strong>Maskota<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, dua puluh penggugat tersebut juga mencantumkan <strong>Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia<\/strong> sebagai salah satu turut tergugat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menanggapi hal ini, <strong>Kuasa Hukum Penggugat<\/strong>, <strong>Ahmad Khozinudin<\/strong>, menyatakan bahwa gugatan yang diajukan terhadap delapan tergugat tersebut merupakan gugatan perdata yang berkaitan dengan dugaan pelanggaran hukum terkait <strong>Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) PIK 2 Tropical Coastland<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para penggugat menuntut agar tergugat membayar ganti rugi yang sangat besar, mencapai <strong>Rp612 triliun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKami meminta agar mereka dihukum untuk membayar ganti rugi yang seharusnya diterima oleh rakyat, tetapi tidak diberikan kepada kami, melainkan kepada negara, sebesar <strong>Rp612 triliun<\/strong> melalui turut tergugat, yaitu <strong>Kementerian Keuangan RI<\/strong>,\u201d tegasnya di Jakarta, <strong>Senin (16\/12\/2024)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, para penggugat juga meminta agar proyek PSN PIK 2 dihentikan. Mereka beralasan bahwa proyek tersebut menyimpang dari rencana pengembangan awal. \u201cKami meminta agar proyek ini dihentikan, baik yang berada di area PSN maupun di luar PSN, karena area PSN hanya seluas <strong>1.755 hektar<\/strong>, sementara proses pembebasan lahannya meluas hingga <strong>Serang<\/strong>, yang jika diukur bisa mencapai <strong>100.000 hektare<\/strong>,\u201d pungkasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut adalah daftar 20 penggugat <strong>Jokowi<\/strong> hingga <strong>Aguan<\/strong> terkait proyek <strong>PSN PIK 2 Tropical Coastland<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Menuk Wulandari A<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edy Mulyadi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H.
