Keputusan ini diharapkan membawa dampak positif bagi para pemegang saham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setiap pemegang saham Bank Amar akan menerima dividen interim sebesar Rp1,4 per saham, sesuai dengan persetujuan yang diberikan oleh Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 20 Desember 2024. <strong>Pembayaran dividen interim<\/strong> akan diberikan kepada pemegang saham yang namanya terdaftar dalam <strong>Daftar Pemegang Saham (DPS)<\/strong> pada tanggal pencatatan untuk dividen interim, yaitu pada 30 Desember 2024 pukul 16.00 WIB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dasar Keuangan Pembagian Dividen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Data keuangan per 30 September 2024 yang menjadi dasar pembagian dividen menunjukkan laba bersih yang diatribusikan kepada entitas induk sebesar Rp152,26 miliar. Saldo laba ditahan yang tidak dibatasi penggunaannya sebesar Rp108,22 miliar, dan total ekuitas mencapai Rp3,3 triliun.
