Kebijakan ini akan mulai diterapkan pada tahun buku yang berakhir pada 30 Juni 2024 dan seterusnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kebijakan Dividen Berdasarkan Hasil Operasional dan Arus Kas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPembagian dividen akan ditentukan berdasarkan hasil operasional, arus kas, serta kebutuhan modal kerja, belanja modal, dan rencana investasi perusahaan di masa mendatang,\u201d ungkap manajemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hak Direksi dan Kemungkinan Dividen Interim<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun, Direksi memiliki hak untuk mengubah kebijakan dividen ini kapan saja, dengan persetujuan dari para pemegang saham dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS). Selain itu, perusahaan juga memberikan kemungkinan untuk membagikan dividen interim sebelum akhir tahun buku, asalkan memenuhi kriteria likuiditas dan solvabilitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Laporan Keuangan per 30 Juni 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pendapatan Usaha dan Laba Kotor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan laporan keuangan per 30 Juni 2024, RATU mencatat pendapatan usaha sebesar USD27,95 juta, yang setara dengan Rp459,12 miliar (mengacu pada kurs tengah akhir BI sebesar Rp16.421 per 1 dolar AS). Dari total pendapatan tersebut, laba kotor yang diperoleh mencapai USD11,58 juta atau setara Rp190,17 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Laba Bersih dan Laba per Saham<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, laba bersih yang dilaporkan perusahaan adalah USD7,39 juta, yang setara dengan Rp121,43 miliar, dengan laba per saham dasar mencapai USD0,0029 atau Rp47,62 per saham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rincian Penawaran Saham IPO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai informasi tambahan, anak perusahaan PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA) ini menawarkan 543.010.800 saham, yang merupakan 20 persen dari total modal yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh. Nilai nominal setiap saham ditetapkan sebesar Rp10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secara rinci, terdapat 190.053.800 saham biasa atas nama yang merupakan saham baru dan dikeluarkan dari portepel perusahaan, setara dengan 7 persen dari total modal yang ditempatkan.
