Kami ingin melakukan CSPA. Bolehkah saya bertanya, kapan sebaiknya kami melakukannya? Saya berharap bisa di kuartal pertama awal tahun 2025,&#8221; ungkap Nixon setelah acara perayaan <strong>HUT KPR BTN di Jakarta, Minggu (15\/12\/2024)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proses Pemisahan Unit Usaha Syariah<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nixon menjelaskan bahwa setelah perjanjian jual beli saham tersebut selesai, proses pemisahan unit usaha syariah dapat dilanjutkan, termasuk pengosongan aset dan pembentukan <strong>PT baru<\/strong> untuk unit usaha syariah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Jika CSPA dapat dilaksanakan, kami berharap seluruh proses pemisahan dapat diselesaikan, dengan nama baru dan PT baru pada bulan Juni 2025, serta semua proses pengalihan aset dapat dilakukan,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Akuisisi Bank untuk Spin Off<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Proses spin off ini dilakukan dengan mengakuisisi salah satu bank yang namanya belum dapat diungkapkan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kewajiban untuk melaporkan aksi korporasi tersebut kepada <strong>Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)<\/strong> terlebih dahulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Kami akan membeli satu bank, namun saya belum bisa mengumumkannya karena belum melapor ke Bursa, dan kami sepakat untuk menjaga ini sebagai clean sheet. Clean sheet berarti semua aset dan liabilitas akan dikosongkan. Jadi, kami hanya membeli cangkangnya,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kepercayaan Terhadap Produk Syariah BTN<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nixon berharap bahwa melalui spin off unit usaha syariah ini, kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap produk syariah yang ditawarkan oleh Bank BTN dapat meningkat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ini justru positif, karena masih ada pihak-pihak tertentu yang ragu terhadap unit syariah.
