Langkah ini bertujuan untuk refinancing utang dan penyertaan modal anak perusahaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perusahaan akan menerbitkan dua seri obligasi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Seri A<\/strong>: Kupon 6,75-7,25 persen, tenor tiga tahun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seri B<\/strong>: Kupon 6,95-7,50 persen, tenor lima tahun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jadwal Penerbitan Obligasi:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tanggal Efektif<\/strong>: 24 Desember 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Masa Penawaran Umum<\/strong>: 30 Desember 2024 &#8211; 3 Januari 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pembayaran ke Joint Lead Underwriters (JLU)<\/strong>: 7 Januari 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pencatatan di Bursa Efek Indonesia<\/strong>: 8 Januari 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pembayaran Bunga Perdana<\/strong>: 8 April 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Presiden Direktur INPP, Anthony P Susilo, menyatakan, \u201cLangkah ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan bisnis Perseroan di masa mendatang.\u201d Anthony menjelaskan, perusahaan berharap memperkuat struktur modal dan mengembangkan bisnis dengan fondasi keuangan yang semakin solid, memberikan nilai tambah bagi pemegang saham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Peringkat Obligasi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) memberikan peringkat idAAA(cg) untuk Obligasi I Indonesian Paradise Property Tahun 2025.
