Kubu Arsjad Rasjid menganggap pembentukan bentuk kepengurusan itu melanggar kesepakatan antara kedua pihak pada kediaman Menteri Tenaga kemudian Narasumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia pada Jumat, 27 September 2024 lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Arsjad mengatakan, pada penghadapan itu, ia dan juga Anindya bersepakat mengadakan Musyawarah Nasional (Munas) Kadin setelahnya pelantikan Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka sebagai presiden lalu delegasi presiden. &ldquo;Waktu juga tempat menyesuaikan dengan tindakan pemerintah,&rdquo; ujar Arsjad pada video yang tersebut ia unggah di dalam Instagram pribadinya, Senin, 30 September 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Anindya sampai hari ini belum merespons perihal hasil kesepakatan untuk mengadakan Munas itu. Ketika ditanya awak media di dalam Menara Kadin, Kuningan, Ibukota Selatan kemarin, beliau memilih bungkam.<\/p>\n<p>Kepada <em>Tempo<\/em>, Wakil Ketua <em>Organizing Committee<\/em> Munaslub Kadin, Nofel Saleh Hilabi, menceritakan hasil reuni itu menurut versinya. Menurutnya, pertarungan itu memunculkan kesepakatan Arsjad Rasjid bergabung ke Kadin pimpinan Anindya Bakrie.<\/p>\n<p>Presiden Direktur PT Indika Energy itu, kata Nofel, akan menjabat sebagai Ketua Dewan Pertimbangan. Jabatan itu sebelumnya dipegang oleh Anindya Bakrie berdasarkan hasil Munas Kadin di dalam Kendari pada Juni 2021. &#8220;Insyaallah (sepakat), kemarin sudah ada salaman kan,&rdquo; ucapnya pada waktu dihubungi Tempo, Ahad, 29 September 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika berbincang dengan <em>Tempo<\/em>, Ahad, 15 September 2024, Arsjad pernah menyatakan Anindya Bakrie sempat memintanya bertukar posisi. Arsjad menolak. Dia mempertanyakan mekanisme yang dimaksud memungkinkan untuk merealisasikan ide itu. Sebelumnya, pda Munas Kadin dalam Kendari pada 2021, Arsjad terpilih sebagai Ketua Umum kemudian Anindya sebagai Ketua Dewan Pertimbangan.<\/p>\n<p>Ihwal mekanisme penunjukan Arsjad sebagai Ketua Dewan Pertimbangan, Nofel mengumumkan akan diserahkan terhadap formatur yang dimaksud terbentuk pada Munaslub tempo hari. Dewan yang dimaksud antara lain terdiri dari perwakilan Kadin Daerah kemudian asosiasi ini bertugas menyusun kepengurusan baru pada bawah Anindya Bakrie. &ldquo;Saat penyusunan kepengurusan itu tinggal dimasukkan ketua komite pertimbangannya,&rdquo; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Dia mengemukakan langkah final akan diambil sebelum pelantikan Prabowo Subianto sebagai presiden periode 2024&ndash;2029. &#8220;Finalnya <em>insyaallah<\/em> sebelum pelantikan Presiden,&#8221; katanya. Sekretaris Formatur Kadin Tanah Air hasil Munaslub, Mulyadi Jayabaya, mengumumkan penunjukan Arsjad itu kemarin.<\/p>\n<p>Langkah selanjutnya, Nofel mengemukakan Kadin akan berfokus menyukseskan sisa pemerintahan Joko Widodo lalu menggalang pemerintahan baru dalam bawah Prabowo Subianto. Muaranya, kata dia, untuk meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Saat dikonfirmasi terpisah, Wakil Ketua Umum Area Hukum Kadin, Dhaniswara K. Harjono, menyatakan Arsjad tak pernah memberikan persetujuan berhadapan dengan pencatutan namanya sebagai Ketua Dewan Pertimbangan di bangunan Kadin yang dipimpin Anin. &ldquo;Tidak ada pemberitahuan khusus kemudian tanpa persetujuan Pak Arsjad. Tiba-tiba semata diinformasikan seperti itu,&rdquo; ujar Dhaniswara pada waktu dihubungi Tempo, Selasa, 8 Oktober 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Dhaniswara mengatakan, pihaknya keberatan melawan pencatutan nama Arsjad Rasjid pada kepengurusan Kadin hasil Munaslub.
