Total nilai transaksi saham FREN mencapai Rp6,04 miliar dengan volume perdagangan 245,9 juta saham dan frekuensi transaksi sebanyak 1,25 ribu kali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebaliknya, saham EXCL mengalami kenaikan tipis sebesar 0,45 persen menjadi Rp2.260, dengan nilai transaksi mencapai Rp55,72 miliar. Volume perdagangan saham EXCL tercatat sebanyak 24,86 juta saham dengan frekuensi 3,11 ribu kali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selama sebulan terakhir, saham FREN telah turun sebesar 7,69 persen dan anjlok 52 persen secara year-to-date (ytd). Di sisi lain, saham EXCL justru meningkat sebesar 6,10 persen dan tumbuh 13 persen secara year-to-date (ytd).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merger ini menciptakan nilai gabungan enterprise value pra-sinergi lebih dari Rp104 triliun atau sekitar USD6,5 miliar. Entitas FREN bersama PT Smart Telecom akan digabungkan ke dalam EXCL sebagai entitas yang bertahan, dengan nama baru PT XLSmart Telecom Sejahtera Tbk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merger ini menjadikan Axiata Group Berhad dan Sinar Mas sebagai pemegang saham pengendali bersama, masing-masing memiliki 34,8 persen saham di XLSmart. Untuk menyesuaikan kepemilikan, Axiata akan menjual 2,4 miliar saham EXCL kepada PT Bali Media Telekomunikasi (BMT) dengan nilai transaksi sebesar USD475 juta atau setara dengan Rp7,5 triliun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vivek Sood, Group Chief Executive Officer Axiata Group, menyatakan bahwa konsolidasi industri ini akan membuka peluang bagi Indonesia dan ASEAN untuk lebih terhubung, serta membantu mengatasi masalah kesenjangan digital demi masa depan yang inklusif bagi seluruh komunitas dan bisnis. &#8220;Merger ini adalah langkah krusial dalam membangun fondasi ekonomi digital yang kuat.
