Nick sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Direktur di bank milik QNB Group dari Qatar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penunjukan Groene<\/strong> sebagai Direktur Utama dilakukan setelah memperoleh persetujuan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan disahkan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) pada Rabu (4\/12\/2024). Maria Suci Rahayu, Corporate Secretary QNB Indonesia, menyatakan bahwa penunjukan ini didasarkan pada kepercayaan penuh perusahaan terhadap kemampuan Groene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Dengan pengalaman lebih dari 24 tahun di sektor perbankan, termasuk keahlian dalam pasar keuangan, manajemen aset dan liabilitas, keuangan, serta treasury, Nick Groene adalah individu yang sangat kompeten untuk mengisi posisi strategis ini,&#8221; ujarnya dalam keterangan resmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nick Groene memulai kariernya di QNB Indonesia sebagai General Manager Treasury pada tahun 2020, kemudian diangkat sebagai Direktur Treasury dan Lembaga Keuangan. Baru-baru ini, Groene juga menjabat sebagai Pelaksana Tugas Direktur Utama sebelum akhirnya ditetapkan secara resmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pengalaman Profesional Groene<\/strong> sebelum bergabung dengan BKSW mencakup 10 tahun di QNB Group di Qatar, di mana ia menjabat sebagai Kepala Treasury Internasional yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan fungsi Treasury di berbagai cabang QNB dan perusahaan afiliasi lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain Groene, RUPSLB juga mengangkat Mario Utama sebagai Direktur QNB Indonesia. Mario memiliki pengalaman solid selama 26 tahun di industri perbankan, khususnya dalam bidang Corporate Banking.
