Selain itu, Fitch juga mengonfirmasi Long Term Rating PGN di level &#8216;AA+(idn)&#8217; dengan outlook yang sama. Keberhasilan PGN dalam menjaga kesehatan dan stabilitas keuangan perusahaan menjadi kunci dalam mempertahankan peringkat internasional tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kesehatan dan Stabilitas Keuangan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam melaksanakan rencana investasi di tengah tantangan perekonomian nasional dan global, hingga September 2024, PGN telah mencapai belanja modal sebesar USD157 juta. Dari jumlah tersebut, 59 persen diserap oleh segmen downstream dan lainnya, sedangkan 41 persen berasal dari segmen hulu, ungkap Direktur Keuangan PGN, Fadjar Harianto Widodo, pada Jumat, 6 Desember 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pendapatan Konsolidasian<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada kuartal III-2024, pendapatan konsolidasian PGN tercatat sebesar USD2,82 miliar, meningkat 5 persen dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu yang mencapai USD2,69 miliar. Segmen bisnis niaga dan transmisi gas masih menjadi penyumbang utama pendapatan konsolidasian PGN, dengan kontribusi mencapai 74 persen. Sementara itu, segmen bisnis hulu menyumbang 9 persen, dan segmen bisnis lainnya berkontribusi sebesar 17 persen. Beban pokok pendapatan naik 3 persen, mencapai USD2,23 miliar, terutama karena biaya pasokan gas, beban niaga, dan infrastruktur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Posisi Keuangan yang Stabil<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per 30 September 2024, posisi keuangan PGN tetap stabil setelah pelunasan obligasi pada kuartal II, dengan total aset mencapai USD6,3 miliar. Total liabilitas tercatat sebesar USD2,7 miliar, sedangkan total ekuitas mencapai USD3,6 miliar. Arus kas konsolidasian menunjukkan kekuatan yang signifikan, dengan arus kas operasi positif sebesar USD576 juta per 30 September 2024.
