Sebelumnya, Emtek memiliki 45.103.335.640 saham SCMA, yang setara dengan 60,97 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk investasi dan status kepemilikan saham adalah langsung,&#8221; ungkap Corporate Secretary Emtek, Titi Maria Rusli, dalam laporan keterbukaan informasi di BEI pada Jumat (6\/12\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hingga 30 Juni 2024, struktur pemegang saham SCMA terdiri dari PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk dengan 61,09 persen, publik 28,41 persen, Sutanto Hartono 0,12 persen, dan Mutia Nandika 0,09 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut data Bursa, saham SCMA mengalami kenaikan sebesar 3,7 persen menjadi Rp140 dengan nilai transaksi mencapai Rp12,7 miliar pada Jumat (6\/12\/2024).
