Perusahaan yang dimiliki oleh taipan Prajogo Pangestu ini berencana untuk membayar dividen pada akhir tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merly, Corporate Secretary BREN, menyatakan bahwa perusahaan akan membagikan dividen interim sebesar Rp506 miliar atau Rp3,78 per saham. Pengumuman ini disampaikan dalam surat kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada Selasa, 3 Desember 2024. Keputusan untuk membagikan dividen interim ini diambil dalam rapat direksi BREN dan disetujui melalui keputusan sirkuler Dewan Komisaris pada 2 Desember 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dividen interim ini diambil dari laba bersih perusahaan per 30 September 2024 yang mencapai USD86 juta. Selain itu, saldo laba ditahan yang tidak dibatasi penggunaannya tercatat sebesar USD549,7 juta dan posisi ekuitas mencapai USD736 juta. Pada bulan Juni 2024, BREN juga telah membagikan dividen tunai final sebesar Rp2,03 per saham. Dengan demikian, total dividen yang dibagikan sepanjang tahun ini mencapai Rp5,81 per saham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada penutupan perdagangan sore ini, harga saham BREN naik sebesar Rp75 atau 1,12 persen, menjadi Rp6.800.
