(SRAJ), telah menandatangani beberapa perjanjian strategis dengan BCCS Maverick I LP. Salah satu perjanjian penting adalah Perjanjian Pengambilan Saham (Shares Subscription Agreement) untuk menerbitkan saham baru dengan total investasi mencapai US$32 juta atau sekitar Rp 510,08 miliar. Selain itu, terdapat juga Perjanjian Pembelian Surat Utang (Bond Subscription Agreement) dengan BCSS Maverick Holdings I dan BCSS Maverick Holdings II L.P. untuk penerbitan surat utang senilai US$125 juta atau sekitar Rp 1,99 triliun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para investor surat utang tersebut adalah entitas yang sepenuhnya dimiliki oleh BCCS Maverick I LP dan berada di bawah kendali Bain Capital Credit, LP, sebuah firma investasi swasta asal Amerika Serikat beserta afiliasinya. Para investor ini tidak memiliki afiliasi dengan SRAJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rencana penerbitan ini merupakan langkah lanjutan dari aksi Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (private placement) yang telah disetujui dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) yang berlangsung pada 21 Agustus 2024. Selanjutnya, Bain Capital memberikan suntikan modal sekitar Rp2,5 triliun kepada SRAJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bain Capital, LP adalah perusahaan investasi swasta yang berpusat di Boston, Massachusetts, dengan total aset yang dikelola sekitar US$185 miliar. Perusahaan ini fokus pada berbagai bidang seperti ekuitas swasta, modal ventura, kredit, ekuitas publik, investasi berdampak, ilmu hayati, kripto, peluang teknologi, kemitraan, situasi khusus, dan real estat.
