{"id":3294,"date":"2024-11-29T16:58:44","date_gmt":"2024-11-29T16:58:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/?p=3294"},"modified":"2024-11-29T16:58:46","modified_gmt":"2024-11-29T16:58:46","slug":"serikat-pekerja-indonesia-ksip-kami-terima-kenaikan-65-ump-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/index.php\/2024\/11\/29\/serikat-pekerja-indonesia-ksip-kami-terima-kenaikan-65-ump-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Serikat Pekerja Indonesia (KSIP) Kami Terima Kenaikan 6,5% UMP 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>REGULAR INVESTORS &#8211; <\/strong>Said Iqbal, Presiden Serikat Pekerja Indonesia (KSPI), menyatakan bahwa seluruh pekerja di Indonesia menyambut baik Keputusan Presiden yang menetapkan kenaikan UMP tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemerintah telah memutuskan untuk menaikkan Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) tahun 2025 sebesar 6,5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPresiden telah menetapkan kenaikan sebesar 6,5%, yang mendekati permintaan buruh sebesar 8%, sehingga buruh menyatakan menerima Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia, Bapak Jenderal Prabowo Subianto,\u201d kata Said dalam konferensi pers pada Jumat malam (29\/11).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dia menjelaskan bahwa penerimaan angka kenaikan 6,5% disebabkan oleh deflasi yang berlangsung selama lima bulan berturut-turut, yang berdampak pada nilai inflasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Oleh karena itu, angka 6,5% yang ditetapkan oleh Presiden Prabowo Subianto adalah suatu keputusan yang rasional, logis, dan sejalan dengan putusan MK,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selanjutnya, dia menambahkan bahwa penerimaan terhadap angka kenaikan UMP 6,5% didasarkan pada fakta bahwa dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir, kenaikan UMP selalu berada di bawah tingkat inflasi. Dia mencatat bahwa antara tahun 2015 hingga 2019, kenaikan hanya mencapai 1,58% sementara inflasi berada di angka 2,8%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Jadi, dengan kenaikan upah minimum sebesar 6,5%, itu sudah melebihi inflasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi,&#8221; jelas Said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan demikian, KSPI yang diwakili oleh Said Iqbal mengucapkan terima kasih atas kebijakan yang mengutamakan kepentingan buruh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Terima kasih kepada Pak Presiden Prabowo Subianto yang berusaha memberikan yang terbaik bagi buruh, tanpa mengabaikan kepentingan dunia usaha,&#8221; tutupnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UMP Nasional Naik 6,5%, Menaker Ini Adalah yang Terbaik<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Yassierli mengharapkan agar para pengusaha, termasuk anggota Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (Apindo), dapat menerima keputusan pemerintah yang menaikkan rata-rata upah minimum nasional sebesar 6,5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yassierli juga berharap agar para buruh dapat memahami keputusan ini, meskipun kenaikan tersebut masih jauh dari usulan yang mencapai 20%. &#8220;Kami berharap rekan-rekan buruh dan Apindo dapat mengerti,&#8221; ungkap Yassierli di Kompleks Istana Kepresidenan pada hari Jumat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pembahasan telah dilakukan bersama Dewan Pengupahan Nasional dan Lembaga Kerja Sama (LKS) tripartit yang melibatkan Serikat Buruh dan pengusaha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan tersebut merupakan hasil pertimbangan beliau. Beliau telah mendengarkan berbagai masukan sebelum mengambil keputusan ini,&#8221; tegas Yassierli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia percaya bahwa keputusan ini adalah yang terbaik untuk bangsa dan negara. Menurutnya, pemerintah sedang berupaya untuk menemukan solusi yang menguntungkan semua pihak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ini adalah langkah terbaik. Kebijakan ini diambil oleh Pak Presiden. Kita masih memiliki banyak pekerjaan rumah lainnya, tidak hanya terkait upah minimum.
