Namun, mengenai keberlangsungan Sritex, manajemen masih menunggu hasil kasasi homologasi di Mahkamah Agung (MA) terkait putusan pailit yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengadilan Negeri Niaga Semarang, Jawa Tengah, beberapa waktu lalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Saya tidak bisa memberikan penjelasan mendalam mengenai aspek teknis tersebut. Kami tetap memantau dan mengantisipasi proses kasasi ini,&#8221; ungkap Iwan saat ditemui di gedung Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan, Jakarta Selatan, pada Rabu (13\/11\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Baca juga : <a href=\"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/index.php\/2024\/11\/13\/dirut-bri-tegaskan-kur-tidak-masuk-program-pemutihan-utang-umkm\/\">Dirut BRI Tegaskan KUR Tidak Masuk Pemutihan Utang UMKM<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per 12 November 2024, berkas kasasi Sritex telah dinyatakan lengkap setelah manajemen mengajukan kasasi ke Mahkamah Agung pada bulan Oktober lalu. &#8220;Kami berharap kasasi ini dapat menguntungkan kami,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai informasi, Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) telah memutuskan untuk menghentikan sementara perdagangan efek SRIL di seluruh pasar. Keputusan suspensi ini diambil setelah Pengadilan Niaga Semarang memutuskan pailit terhadap Sritex pada 21 Oktober 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kondisi ini semakin memperburuk situasi Sritex dan berpotensi mengancam prospek delisting, mengingat statusnya sebagai perusahaan publik di BEI.
