{"id":2751,"date":"2024-11-13T16:11:44","date_gmt":"2024-11-13T16:11:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/?p=2751"},"modified":"2024-11-13T16:11:46","modified_gmt":"2024-11-13T16:11:46","slug":"dirut-bri-tegaskan-kur-tidak-masuk-program-pemutihan-utang-umkm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regular-investor.com\/index.php\/2024\/11\/13\/dirut-bri-tegaskan-kur-tidak-masuk-program-pemutihan-utang-umkm\/","title":{"rendered":"Dirut BRI Tegaskan KUR Tidak Masuk Pemutihan Utang UMKM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>REGULAR-INVESTOR.COM &#8211; <\/strong>PT Bank Rakyat Nusantara (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) menegaskan bahwa Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) yang mengalami masalah tidak termasuk dalam Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 47 Tahun 2024 mengenai penghapusan piutang macet untuk usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di sektor pertanian, perkebunan, peternakan, perikanan, kelautan, serta UMKM lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Direktur Utama BRI, Sunarso, menjelaskan bahwa KUR adalah program kredit yang saat ini masih aktif. Sementara itu, PP yang disebutkan mengatur tentang penghapusan piutang macet yang dapat dihapus dari buku dan tagihan, yang berlaku untuk kredit yang telah berakhir dari bank atau lembaga pembiayaan BUMN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kredit acara memiliki syarat bahwa acara tersebut harus sudah selesai. Dengan demikian, KUT (Kredit Usaha Tani), KUM LTA (Kredit Usaha Mikro Layak Tanpa Agunan), KIK KMKP (Kredit Pengembangan Usaha Kecil dan Kredit Modal Kerja Permanen), serta KCK (Kredit Canda Kulak) memenuhi kriteria tersebut, ujar Sunarso dalam Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) di Komisi VI DPR RI, Rabu (13\/11\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Apakah KUR memenuhi syarat? Untuk mengatasi hal ini, Sunarso menyatakan bahwa pihaknya akan segera mencari solusi untuk memudahkan pemutihan utang bagi UMKM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih lanjut, Sunarso menjelaskan bahwa kriteria kredit yang dapat dihapus tagih adalah piutang macet dengan nilai pokok maksimal sebesar Rp500 juta per debitur atau nasabah.
