Usulan ini diperlukan pemerintah setelahnya raksasa tekstil itu dinyatakan pailit oleh Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Niaga Semarang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&ldquo;Untuk merumuskan usulan-usulan atau skemanya, kami minta dari Sritex-nya. Setelah dari merekan siap, kami diskusikan,&rdquo; ucap Direktur Jenderal (Dirjen) Industri Kecil Menengah juga Aneka Kemenperin, Reni Yanita, pada waktu dihubungi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tempo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Senin, 28 Oktober 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reni memaparkan ingin memberikan ruang bagi perusahaan yang tersebut berdiri sejak 1966 itu untuk berproses. Untuk merumuskan usulan skema penyelamatan, ia memaparkan Sritex juga memerlukan waktu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presiden Direktur Sritex, Iwan Kurniawan Lukminto, sudah mengambil langkah hukum dengan mengajukan kasasi terhadap MA berhadapan dengan putusan pailit oleh PN Niaga Semarang pada Jumat, 25 Oktober 2024. Ia mengatakan, perusahaan akan berupaya maksimal agar MA dapat mencabut atau membatalkan putusan itu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menteri Pertambangan Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita mengemukakan sudah menyiapkan dua skema penyelamatan Sritex. Kedua skema yang dimaksud bergantung pada hasil langkah-langkah hukum yang digunakan berada dalam dijalani oleh perusahaan itu. &ldquo;Kalau pada ketika kasasi Sritex kalah, akan berbeda jalur penyelesaiannya jikalau Sritex dinyatakan menang. Tapi kita tidak ada bicara perihal <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bailout<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,&rdquo; kata dia, Senin, 28 Oktober 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tapi Agus tiada menyebutkan secara detail mengenai kedua skema yang disiapkan pemerintah untuk menyelesaikan tindakan hukum Sritex. Yang pasti, pemerintah telah dilakukan siap dengan segala kemungkinan penyelesaian hukum Sritex.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PN Niaga Semarang sebelumnya menyatakan perusahaan tekstil legendaris, PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk atau Sritex, pada status pailit.
