Raksasa tekstil itu terancam akan melakukan PHK besar-besaran pasca dinyatakan pailit oleh Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Niaga Semarang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&ldquo;Kemnaker belaka ingin melakukan konfirmasi kemudian mengawal tidak ada ada PHK,&rdquo; ucap Direktur Jenderal Pembinaan Hubungan Industrial kemudian Pemastian Sosial Ketenagakerjaan Kemnaker, Indah Anggoro Putri, ketika dihubungi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tempo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Senin, 28 Oktober 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ada beberapa langkah yang dimaksud diambil Kemnaker untuk menegaskan tak ada PHK dalam perusahaan tersebut. Putri mengatakan, instansinya meyakinkan hak-hak pekerja dibayarkan selama masa mengawaitu putusan Mahkamah Agung (MA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presiden Direktur Sritex, Iwan Kurniawan Lukminto, sudah pernah mengambil langkah hukum dengan mengajukan kasasi untuk MA berhadapan dengan putusan pailit oleh PN Niaga Semarang pada Jumat, 25 Oktober 2024. Ia mengatakan, perusahaan akan berupaya maksimal agar MA dapat mencabut atau membatalkan putusan itu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tak cuma itu, Putri mengatakan, Kemnaker berkolaborasi dengan Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker) Sukoharjo juga Disnaker Solo untuk memverifikasi tak akan berjalan PHK. Ia mengatakan, instansinya juga menjalin komunikasi dengan serikat pekerja dalam perusahaan tersebut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sedangkan Menteri Pertambangan Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita menyatakan sudah pernah menyiapkan dua skema penyelamatan Sritex. Kedua skema yang disebutkan bergantung pada hasil rute hukum yang tersebut sedang dijalani oleh perusahaan itu. &ldquo;Kalau pada pada waktu kasasi Sritex kalah, akan berbeda jalur penyelesaiannya apabila Sritex dinyatakan menang. Tapi kita tiada bicara mengenai <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bailout<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,&rdquo; kata dia, Senin, 28 Oktober 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tapi Agus tidaklah menyebutkan secara detail mengenai kedua skema yang dimaksud disiapkan pemerintah untuk menyelesaikan persoalan hukum Sritex. Yang pasti, pemerintah sudah pernah siap dengan segala kemungkinan penyelesaian hukum Sritex.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PN Niaga Semarang sebelumnya menyatakan perusahaan tekstil legendaris, PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk atau Sritex, pada status pailit.
