Faisol menyebut, selain merugikan lapangan usaha kosmetik di negeri, impor kosmetik ilegal ini juga dapat membahayakan kesehatan. Karena itu Kementerian Peridustrian memohonkan pengawasan di dalam wilayah perbatasan diperketat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&ldquo;Kita tak sanggup bertanggung jawab apabila produk-produk yang disebutkan mengakibatkan dampak negatif bagi kesegaran dikarenakan isi produknya tiada kita ketahui,&rdquo; ucapannya usai membuka acara Cosmetic Day ke Gedung Kementerian Perindustrian, Selasa, 29 Oktober 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faisol mengatakan, Kementerian Industri (Kemenperin) akan bekerja serupa dengan badan atau lembaga terkait lainnya untuk memperketat area border. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi komoditas kosmetik ilegal masuk ke Indonesia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&ldquo;Pak Menteri nanti akan bekerjasama dengan seluruh instansi teristimewa yang dimaksud ada pada border untuk bisa jadi menjaga dari produk-produk ilegal yang digunakan dari luar,&rdquo; kata dia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lebih lanjut, ia menegaskan, segala item yang tersebut beredar harus memiliki dokumen legal. Ketentuan ini, kata Faisol, berlaku bukan cuma pada produk-produk kosmetik melainkan produk-produk lainnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dokumen legal itu, kata Faisol, meliputi persyaratan pemeriksaan, persyaratan dari Badan Pemeriksa Solusi juga Makanan (BPOM), persyaratan dari bea cukai, kemudian persyaratan dari Kementerian Perindustrian.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&ldquo;Semua harus dipenuhi,&rdquo; ucap Faisol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sebelumnya, Satgas Pengawasan Barang Tertentu yang dimaksud Diberlakukan Tata Niaga Impor menyita 970 item kosmetik impor ilegal beberapa orang total 415.035 unit dari Cina, Filipina, Thailand, lalu Malaysia. Produk-produk kosmetik itu terdiri dari bervariasi merek antara lain Lameila, Brilliant, lalu Balle Metta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kepala Badan Pengawas Penyelesaian juga Makanan (BPOM) Taruna Ikrar mengemukakan produk-produk kosmetik yang digunakan disita Satgas merupakan hasil pengawasan sepanjang Juli sampai dengan September 2024. Produk-produk ini tak miliki Nomor Izin Edar juga mengandung material berbahaya yang dimaksud terlarang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bahan berbahaya yang digunakan dimaksud Taruna Ikrar yakni logam, merkuri, hingga pemutih jenis tertentu. Bahan-bahan itu dilarang oleh BPOM berubah menjadi material baku kosmetik akibat dapat mengacaukan kulit. &ldquo;Kami sudah ada melakukan pengecekan pada laboratorium,&rdquo; ucap Taruna Ikrar di jumpa pers di Kantor BPOM, Ibukota Indonesia Pusat, Senin, 30 September 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Produk kosmetik sitaan Satgas ini bernilai dunia usaha Rp11,44 miliar. Ia menyatakan bilangan bulat itu baru kerugian secara ekonomi. Di luar itu, kata dia, nilai kerugian lebih banyak besar lagi. Sebab, kosmetik ilegal ini dapat merusak lapisan kulit apabila beredar dalam masyarakat. Skor kerugian itu, menurut dia, tak terbayangkan besarnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ada beberapa wilayah tempat Satgas menyita produk-produk kosmetik itu. Daerah-daerah itu antara lain Sumatera, Jawa, Kalimantan, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Sulawesi, lalu Papua. Sepanjang operasi pengawasan, Satgas menemukan 45 perkara impor kosmetik ilegal.
