Badan yang disebutkan ialah Badan Pengelola Penyertaan Modal Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara) yang mana dikepalai Muliaman Darmansyah Hadad dan juga Kaharuddin Djenod Daeng Manyambeang sebagai Wakil Kepala Badan Pengelola Penanaman Modal Danantara.<\/p>\n<p>Keduanya dilantik berdasarkan Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesi (Keppres) Nomor 142\/P Tahun 2024. Muliaman menegaskan, Badan Pengelola Pengembangan Usaha Danantara mempunyai tugas dan juga fungsi yang berbeda dengan Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) .<\/p>\n<p>                  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nantinya ditugaskan menjalankan pembangunan ekonomi ke luar APBN. Jadi semua aset-aset pemerintah yang dimaksud dipisahkan itu nanti akan dikelola badan ini, tapi tentu hanya itu bertahap,&#8221; kata Muliaman dalam Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta, Selasa (22\/10\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>Muliaman menyampaikan Badan Pengelola Penyertaan Modal Danantara seperti sovereign wealth fund Indonesia Investment Authority (INA). Namun Muliaman komunikasikan ,Danantara miliki cakupan yang digunakan lebih lanjut luas, lantaran juga mengatur pembangunan ekonomi negara pada luar APBN.<\/p>\n<p>                  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Muliaman menyebutkan, pembentukan badan ini merupakan bentuk komitmen Prabowo pada mengoptimalkan pengelolaan penanaman modal negara. Muliaman menyampaikan, Prabowo ingin pengelolaan penanaman modal dapat lebih lanjut terpadu lalu tidak ada lagi berjalan sendiri-sendiri. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ya misalnya ada aset-aset pemerintah yang tersebut dikelola oleh kementerian, sesudah itu digabung bermetamorfosis menjadi satu, di-leverage, dikelola.
