Hal ini berdasarkan putusan 2\/Pdt.Sus-Homologasi\/2024\/PN Niaga Smg pada Awal Minggu (21\/10).<\/p>\n<p>Sritex dinilai telah lama lalai pada memenuhi kewajiban pembayarannya terhadap pemohon berdasarkan Putusan Homologasi tanggal 25 Januari 2022. Sritex tak sendiri di pernyataan pailit. Ia bersatu beberapa entitasnya, yakni PT Sinar Pantja Djaja, PT Bitratex Industries, lalu PT Primayudha Mandirijaya.<\/p>\n<p>                  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pemohon di hal ini adalah kreditur berhadapan dengan nama Ang pada hal ini adalah, PT Indo Bharat Rayon, demikian menurut Sistem Pengetahuan Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) PN Pusat Kota Semarang.<\/p>\n<p>Tak cuma dinyatakan pailit, majelis hakim juga menyatakan batas menghadapi Putusan Pengadilan Niaga Semarang Nomor No. 12\/ Pdt.Sus-PKPU\/2021.PN.Niaga.Smg Tanggal 25 Januari 2022 mengenai Pengesahan Rencana Damai (Homologasi).<\/p>\n<p>Sritex belum memberikan komentar terkait hal ini.
