Seperti diketahui Shell mengundurkan diri dari dari bidang usaha patungan LNG Sakhalin-2 di dalam Timur Jauh Rusia pada tahun 2022, lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Pengadilan Arbitrase Wilayah Moskow menyatakan terhadap media, bahwa kantor Kejaksaan Agung Rusia mencari ganti kehilangan USD1,09 miliar usai Shell menjauh dari proyek gas alam cair (LNG) Sakhalin-2 pada tahun 2022 menyusul dimulainya perangUkraina .<\/p>\n<p>                  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya diagendakan pengembangan minyak juga gas utama ke Pulau Sakhalin dalam Timur Jauh Rusia salah satunya pengerjaan pabrik LNG pertama dalam negara itu. Awal bulan ini, Jaksa Agung Rusia mengajukan, gugatan yang digunakan memiliki target delapan anak perusahaan dari Shell, menurut platform web pengadilan. <\/p>\n<p>Anak perusahaan yang dimaksud yakni Shell plc, Shell Energy Europe Limited, Shell Global Solutions International B.V., Shell International Exploration &#038; Production B.V., Shell Neftegaz Development, Shell Exploration &#038; Production Services B.V., Shell Sakhalin Services B.V., dan juga Shell Sakhalin Holdings \u0412.V.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mereka mencari (ganti rugi) lebih banyak dari 1 miliar euro,&#8221; kata layanan pers pengadilan terhadap RIA Novosti ketika ditanya tentang persoalan hukum tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Gazprom Export, Kementerian Tenaga Rusia, pemerintah Wilayah Sakhalin, juga perusahaan Sakhalin Energy Investment serta Sakhalin Energy disebut sebagai pihak ketiga, kata pengadilan.<\/p>\n<p>Pada tahun 2022, Presiden Rusia Vladimir Kepala Negara Rusia mengesahkan dekrit yang mana mengalihkan properti Sakhalin Energy, mantan operator Sakhalin-2, ke operator baru yang tersebut berbasis di dalam Rusia, yaitu Sakhalin Energy LLC. pemerintahan mengizinkan pemilik asing, diantaranya perusahaan Jepun Mitsui serta Mitsubishi, untuk mengambil saham pada operator baru yang dimaksud sebanding dengan kepemilikan merekan sebelumnya.<\/p>\n<p>Kedua perusahaan Negeri Matahari Terbit memutuskan untuk mempertahankan saham mereka pada proyek LNG dan juga setuju mentransfer kepemilikan masing-masing 12,5% juga 10% ke operator baru. Tetapi Shell yang tersebut miliki 27,5% dikurangi satu saham di Sakhalin Energy, memberikan pemberitahuan bahwa mereka tidak ada akan mengambil saham di entitas baru, menggalakkan Kota Moskow untuk memasarkan sahamnya.<\/p>\n<p>Pada bulan Maret, anak perusahaan dari perusahaan energi utama Rusia Gazprom, Sakhalin Project, membeli saham Shell seharga 94,8 miliar rubel (USD973,3 juta), sehingga saham Gazprom pada proyek yang disebutkan berubah jadi 77,5%.<\/p>\n<p>                  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dana itu akan ditransfer ke Shell untuk sahamnya dalam Sakhalin-2, tetapi menurut harian Kommersant, dana itu akan dibekukan di apa yang tersebut disebut tabungan &#8216;Tipe S&#8217;. <\/p>\n<p>Rusia memperkenalkan kebijakan semacam ini pada awal konflik dengan negeri Ukraina sebagai tindakan balasan terhadap sanksi Barat.
