Pertemuan ini untuk membuktikan komitmennya pada konsumen yang tersebut telah lama membeli unit di dalam Giantara Serpong City.<\/p>\n<p>Acara ini juga jadi turnamen edukasi terkait pentingnya serangkaian AJB di operasi properti . Kegiatan AJB ini relatif belum banyak direalisasikan developer lain ke kawasan Serpong serta sekitarnya. <\/p>\n<p>Biasanya tahapan ini dijalankan pasca serah terima kunci unit rumah. Selain itu AJB ini bertujuan menjamin kepastian hukum yang mana kuat terhadap pihak konsumen.                   <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201dGiantara Serpong City memberikan rasa aman serta enak dengan jaminan setiap rumah yang dibeli telah lama mempunyai sertifikat hak milik. Proses AJB ini sebagai landasan peralihan hak dari nama developer ke pemiliknya,\u201d kata Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Giantara Group Cindy Giantara di siaran persnya, Rabu (23\/10\/2024). <\/p>\n<p>Cindy menambahkan, pada kegiatan ini ada sekitar 50-an AJB yang dimaksud dilakukan. Jumlah ini akan terus bertambah sejalan dengan jadwal yang mana ditetapkan yakni terlaksananya serah terima unit tahap 1 cluster Nerin Giantara Serpong City.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini hampir seluruh unit yang sudah ada terjual di Giantara Serpong City sebanyak-banyaknya 176 unit di rute pembangunan dan juga memasuki tahap finishing. \u201cDan sekali lagi kami Giantara Group menunjukan komitmennya dengan melakukan serangkaian serah terima kunci tepat waktu sesuai jadwal yang kita janjikan,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n<p>Terkait penjualan, Cindy menegaskan ketika ini Giantara Serpong City baru membuka pemasaran tahap 3 cluster Nerin. Di tahap 2 sebelumnya terjual lebih tinggi dari 50 unit dengan memanfaatkan acara Pajak Pertambahan Kuantitas Ditanggung pemerintahan ( PPN DTP ). Menurut Cindy kegiatan pemerintah yang dimulai dari 2023 sesudah itu ini sangat membantu mengupayakan pelanggan rumah ready stock dalam Giantara Serpong City.<\/p>\n<p>Selain Nerin, Giantara Serpong City juga memasarkan cluster Khione yang tersebut sudah ada dipasarkan pada Juni berikutnya dengan kisaran harga jual mulai dari Rp2,4 miliar-3,1 miliar. Sedangkan Nerin tahap 3 harganya mulai dari Rp1 miliar-1,3 miliar.<\/p>\n<p>Pembangunan infrastruktur pada kawasan Giantara Serpong City yang mana luasnya mencapai 109 hektare merupakan acara utama Giantara Serpong City dalam tahun 2024 ini. Infrastrktur yang disebutkan mulai dari pembangunan jalan utama atau main road hingga pelintasan tidak ada sebidang yang beririsan dengan rel kereta api.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini fokus utama adalah konstruksi underpass yang mana akan rampung pada kuartal pertama 2025. Nantinya underpass akan menghubungkan jalan provinsi dengan jalan kabupaten melalui Main Road Kawasan Giantara Serpong City. \u201dJalan ini sanggup dimanfaatkan penghuni juga warga sekitar Giantara Serpong City dikarenakan terkoneksi dengan Stasiun Cicayur yang dimaksud berada dalam pada kawasan,\u201d ungkapnya.                   <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, ketika ini juga sedang dibangun prasarana pendukung lainnya yang nantinya dimanfaatkan konsumen. Misalnya <em>children playground, basketball court, outdoor gym, urban farm<\/em>, serta lainnya. <\/p>\n<p>Infrastruktur juga prasarana masyarakat yang digunakan komplit ini akan menciptakan komunitas pada cluster yang mana hidup kemudian dapat menimbulkan lingkungan yang digunakan segar aman serta nyaman.
