Salah satu contohnya Riki Junaidi pemilik bidang usaha keripik pisang &#8220;Njik Njik&#8221;yang memulai usahanya pada 15 November 2015. Kini Riki telah merasakan usahanya kian tumbuh pasca memperoleh pemberdayaan dari BRI<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salah satu keunikan usaha Riki adalah memanfaatkan banyaknya pisang yang mana melimpah di dalam sekitar Bakauheni. Keripik pisang sebagai oleh-oleh khas Lampung, bermetamorfosis menjadi favorit di dalam kalangan wisatawan yang mana berkunjung ke area ini. &#8220;Setiap wisatawan pasti bertanya, di dalam mana dapat mendapatkan keripik pisang,&rdquo; kata Riki.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Namun, perjalanan usaha Riki tidaklah semudah membalik telapak tangan. Pada awal membuka usaha, ia mengalami tantangan untuk memasarkan produknya. Untuk memperkenalkan produknya, Riki memberikan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tester<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> terhadap penduduk sekitar selama tiga bulan. &#8220;Kami ingin melakukan konfirmasi item kami layak jual sebelum diresmikan secara resmi,&#8221; katanya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Riki juga menghadapi tantangan pada hal sumber daya manusia (SDM), tetapi ia mengatasinya dengan merekrut juga melatih tetangga. Penjualan produknya direalisasikan dengan sistem titip ke warung-warung setempat, memudahkan akses bagi konsumen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salah satu yang dimaksud menimbulkan &#8220;Njik Njik&#8221; berbeda dari kompetitornya adalah proses penggorengan yang dikerjakan berjumlah tiga kali, memberikan cita rasa khas yang dimaksud sulit ditandingi. Saat ini, omzet perdagangan keripik pisang &ldquo;Njik Njik&rdquo; mencapai puluhan jt rupiah per bulan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Riki mengapresiasi peran BRI yang mana telah terjadi memberikan beragam dukungan, diantaranya pelatihan, bazar, dan juga aspek pembiayaan. &#8220;Kami berharap dapat terus terlibat pada pelatihan dan juga pameran yang digunakan diadakan BRI untuk menggalang kemajuan UMKM kami,&#8221; katanya.
