Produsen otomotif yang mana berdiri sejak 1957 ini memperkirakan lingkungan ekonomi di negeri akan didominasi oleh generasi milenial kemudian generasi Z (gen Z) pada jangka panjang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Head of Brand Communications Astra, Yudha Prasetya, menyatakan pengguna otomotif ketika ini mungkin saja tambahan sejumlah berasal dari generasi yang dimaksud lebih besar tua. Namun pada waktu mendatang, ia menginginkan Astra setidaknya berubah menjadi pilihan utama (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">top of mind<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) generasi milenial lalu gen Z.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&ldquo;Ada cara yang menurut <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gue<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cukup praktis kalau ditanya gimana: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hire<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gen Z,&rdquo; ucap Yudha pada Negara Indonesia Millennial and Gen Z Summit, Jakarta, Selasa, 22 Oktober 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yudha menceritakan pengalaman kantornya sewaktu merekrut karyawan dari gen Z. Di tempatnya bekerja, saat gen Z telah dilakukan menemukan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">passion<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, merekan akan bekerja dengan sangat antusias dan juga serius.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para anak muda ini, kata dia, akan terus mengulik hal-hal yang mana sedang digelutinya. Namun, keseriusan itu memang benar harus menyesuaikan dengan minat mereka. Organisasi tak mampu secara langsung mengatur mereka itu secara satu arah untuk melaksanakan beragam pekerjaan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&ldquo;Memang pendekatannya sekarang beda. Kita enggak sanggup nih gen Z dipaksa, katanya mereka lemah. Mungkin pendekatannya yang mana salah,&rdquo; katanya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agar kekal relevan dengan pasar, Yudha mengungkapkan perusahaan justru harus mengubah cara pandang lalu pendekatan. Termasuk pada hal medium yang digunakan digunakan. Sebuah perusahaan tak bisa jadi merasa enak dengan media cetak atau televisi, hanya saja oleh sebab itu target audiens merekan pada sana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perusahaan justru harus sanggup mendekatkan diri ke anak-anak muda yang akan berubah menjadi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">potential customer<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> merek ke masa depan. Karena itu, Astra pada waktu ini berupaya masuk pada bervariasi kanal yang mana terhubung dengan anak muda itu. Salah satunya dengan menjalin kerja sebanding dengan media yang dimaksud dekat dengan gen Z.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yudha mengatakan, sebuah jenama atau brand pada waktu ini tak boleh sombong hanya saja oleh sebab itu mereka besar. Mereka tak boleh terlalu percaya diri akan berubah menjadi market leader selamanya. Selama tak mau menyesuaikan zaman, kata Yudha, jenama itu akan tergantikan jenama-jenama lain yang mana sebelumnya lebih lanjut kecil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&ldquo;Karena kalau ngomongin pasar, memang benar sekarang bursa gen Z lagi besar banget,&#8221; kata Yudha.
