Namun di penataan tersebut, menurutnya, bukan boleh mengganggu jalannya pembangunan ekonomi serta pembangunan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi keadilan, pemerataan, tapi tak mengganggu iklim pembangunan ekonomi dan juga keberlanjutan,&#8221; ucapannya ketika ditemui usai serah terima jabatan di dalam Kementerian ATR\/BPN pada Mulai Pekan malam, 21 Oktober 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Mantan Anggota DPR RI ini mengatakan, konsep penataan yang tersebut berkeadilan dikerjakan dengan melakukan pembagian merata hak melawan tanah. Artinya, tak ada lagi kesenjangan luasan kepemilikan tanah yang mana pada waktu ini terjadi antara korporasi besar kemudian masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Jadi pada satu sisi harus adil, jangan sampai seperti yang dimaksud sudah-sudah. Ada satu pengusaha perusahaan atau sektor swasta yang mana miliki tanah sampai jutaan hektare tanah negara, tapi ke sisi yang mana lain ada yang dimaksud kesulitan mencari akses tanah,&rdquo; kata Nusron.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, penataan ini juga akan dikerjakan dengan menyelesaikan sengketa-sengketa tanah. Ia bertekad memberikan kepastian hukum agar tiada ada mafia tanah yang mana sanggup menyerobot hak masyarakat. Menurutnya, ada tiga pemicu hadirnya mafia tanah, yaitu berasal dari pemerintah, pemborong tanah, kemudian pihak penegak, seperti notaris, kuasa hukum, juga calo-calo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tiga itu, tapi di-<em>capture<\/em> mana bobotnya. Tapi menurut hemat saya, kata kunci pemberantasan mafia tanah itu dari di (pemerintah). Mau mafianya sejumlah pun, kalau di di nggak melayani, nggak jalan juga,&#8221; ujarnya. Nusron juga berazam melanjutkan program-program yang digunakan ditinggalkan oleh AHY.
