Langkah ini menyebabkan peningkatan kepemilikan saham Tancorp di perusahaan batu bata tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tancorp mengakuisisi sebanyak 66,8 juta saham BLES dengan harga berkisar antara Rp220 hingga Rp234 per saham. Proses transaksi ini berlangsung antara 8 hingga 16 Oktober 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk investasi,&#8221; ungkap Corporate Secretary BLES, Andrew, dalam surat yang dikirimkan kepada BEI yang dikutip pada Sabtu (18\/10\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transaksi yang dilakukan oleh Tancorp berlangsung di pasar reguler, yang berkontribusi pada kenaikan harga saham BLES dari Rp220 menjadi Rp240, atau meningkat sebesar 9,1 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan transaksi tersebut, kepemilikan saham Tancorp di BLES meningkat dari 845 juta saham (9,5 persen) menjadi 912 juta saham (10,2 persen). Hermanto diperkirakan mengeluarkan dana sekitar Rp15 miliar sebelum pajak dan komisi broker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hingga paruh pertama tahun 2024, BLES mencatatkan pendapatan sebesar Rp581 miliar, yang menunjukkan peningkatan kurang dari 1 persen dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama tahun 2023 yang mencapai Rp577 miliar. Sementara itu, laba bersih yang diperoleh tercatat sebesar Rp57 miliar, meningkat 4 persen secara tahunan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Superior Prima Sukses menargetkan pertumbuhan penjualan sebesar 28 persen untuk tahun ini dibandingkan dengan tahun 2023 yang mencapai Rp1,36 triliun. Presiden Direktur BLES, Billy Law, menyatakan bahwa perusahaan menargetkan pertumbuhan dua digit setiap tahunnya.
