Tujuannya untuk memudahkan pengguna di mengakses layanan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kepercayaan yang digunakan telah lama dibangun kuat dari nasabahnya menjadi pondasi utama di setiap langkah juga pembaharuan yang tersebut diambil oleh bank bjb,&#8221; ujar Corporate Secretary bank bjb Widi Hartoto di pernyataan tertulisnya, Hari Sabtu (19\/10\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>Atas komitmennya tersebut, bank bjb meraih dua penghargaan bergengsi: &#8220;Best Brand Popularity&#8221; kemudian &#8220;Best Social Contribution Reputation&#8221; untuk kategori Bank KBMI 2 dari The Iconomics di acara Indonesi Best Financial Awards 2024. Acara ini juga mendiskusikan arah kebijakan kegiatan ekonomi dan juga dampaknya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Berkat komitmennya, bank bjb berhasil meraih penghargaan Best Brand Popularity. Penghargaan ini merupakan bukti nyata bahwa bank bjb mampu melindungi reputasi juga konsistensi pada memenuhi keperluan nasabah,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>                  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, bank bjb mempunyai inisiatif tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR), diantaranya bjb Preneur, yaitu acara pelatihan untuk peningkatan kapasitas juga pengembangan keterampilan, bjb YES (Young Entrepreneur Skill) yang mana memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan untuk generasi Z.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak hanya sekali berfokus pada kinerja bisnis, bank bjb juga berazam untuk mengupayakan kesejahteraan sosial, khususnya melalui sektor UMKM. Melalui kegiatan bjb PESATkan UMKM yang mana memberikan edukasi juga pelatihan tentang pengelolaan usaha, salah satunya strategi digital marketing. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kontribusi nyata ini memperkokoh reputasi bank bjb sebagai lembaga keuangan yang peduli terhadap pengerjaan sosial. Ada empat kriteria utama: Best Brand Popularity, Best Brand Image, Best Customer Service Reputation, dan juga Best Social Contribution Reputation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Penghargaan untuk brand popularity menegaskan bahwa kepercayaan rakyat terhadap bank bjb semakin meningkat.
