Kendati demikian, varian baru iPhone ini belum dapat dimiliki oleh para penggemar di Indonesia sebab belum tersedia satu di antaranya ke laman resmi<em> tkdn.kemenperin.go.id<\/em>. Mengapa?<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Dikutip dari Rapat Kerja Tim Nasional Pemakaian Layanan Dalam Negeri (P3DN) yang diselenggarakan pada 8-9 Oktober 2024, Menteri Manufaktur Agus Gumiwang menjelaskan alasan mengapa pemerintah menahan Apple memasarkan komoditas terbarunya ke Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">&ldquo;Terkait isu yang sedang banyak beredar ke warga yaitu telepon seluler iPhone 16 dari Apple yang tersebut belum dapat masuk ke pangsa Indonesia, sebab masih pada langkah-langkah pengurusan sertifikat TKDN yang digunakan bermetamorfosis menjadi salah satu kondisi importasi telepon seluler tersebut,&rdquo; jelas Agus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Lebih lanjut Agus menambahkan, &ldquo;Sebelumnya Apple telah dilakukan mendapatkan sertifikat TKDN, tetapi masa berlakunya telah habis sehingga harus diperpanjang.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Perpanjangan sertifikat TKDN Apple dapat dilihat dari komitmen pembangunan ekonomi Apple ke Tanah Air yang tersebut ketika ini masih belum terpenuhi. &ldquo;Proses perpanjangan sertifikat TKDN masih mengawaitu tambahan realisasi penanaman modal dari Apple. Saat ini, penanaman modal Apple baru tercatat Rp1,48 triliun, masih kurang dari komitmen yang mana seharusnya Rp1,71 triliun. Masih ada kekurangan sekitar Rp240 miliar,&rdquo; jelas Agus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pertambangan nomor 29 Tahun 2017 tentang Ketentuan dan juga Tata Cara Penghitungan Skor Komponen Dalam Negeri Barang Telepon Seluler, Komputer Genggam, serta Komputer Tablet, penghitungan TKDN dapat diwujudkan menggunakan tiga skema antara lain, skema manufaktur atau pembuatan hasil di dalam di negeri, skema aplikasi mobile atau pembuatan aplikasi mobile ke pada negeri, serta skema pengembangan perubahan ke di negeri. Apple menggunakan skema ketiga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">&ldquo;Setelah mereka memegang komitmen itu, kami akan keluarkan izin untuk merekan jual iPhone 16. Ini adalah semuanya berhadapan dengan dasar keadilan bagi para pemodal yang digunakan telah punya komitmen besar untuk tanamkan modal di dalam Indonesia,&rdquo; tutup Agus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Merujuk Pasal 5 ayat (3) Permenkominfo Nomor 27 Tahun 2015, untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi TKDN, realisasi pembangunan ekonomi perusahaan harus mencapai minimal 40 persen. Juru bicara Kemenperin Febri Hendri Antoni Arif menyatakan bahwa Kemenperin masih di rute mengkaji permohonan sertifikasi TKDN untuk iPhone 16. Selain itu, pihak kementerian juga mengawaitu kepastian dari Apple mengenai pembangunan Apple Academy baru yang tersebut akan berlokasi ke Bali. Saat ini Apple Academy berlokasi dalam BSD (Tangerang), Sidoarjo (Jawa Timur), lalu Nongsa (Batam).<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">&ldquo;Apple jangan hanya saja membentuk akademi, jangan semata-mata bentuk sekolah akibat Indonesia mampu bentuk sekolah tapi kami dorong Apple untuk set up RnD pada Indonesia,&rdquo; Agus menjelaskan bahwa pemerintah mengupayakan Apple untuk mendirikan pabrik atau pengembangan riset bukanlah semata-mata akademi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Apple dikenal sebagai satu-satunya produsen ponsel pintar yang digunakan tidaklah memiliki pabrik ke Indonesia. Hal yang melatarbelakangi Apple sulit mendirikan pabrik dalam Nusantara adalah Apple memohonkan untuk mendapatkan infrastruktur yang dimaksud sejenis seperti yang mana dia dapatkan dalam Vietnam yaitu bebas pajak selama 50 tahun.
