Keempatnya adalah PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), PT Pro Energi, PT Amira Energi, dan juga PT Triputra Daya Megatara.<\/p>\n<p>Pendaftaran gugatan tercatat Selasa, 10 September 2024 dengan Nomor Perkara 272\/Pdt.Sus-PKPU\/2024\/PN Niaga Jkt.Pusat dengan surat tertanggal Kamis, 5 September 2024.<\/p>\n<p>                  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan data Sistem Pengetahuan Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) Pengadilan Negeri Ibukota Indonesia Pusat, Labedo Saggio Marpaung, SH. ditunjuk sebagi kuasa hukum dari keempat pemohon tersebut, dengan tuntutan pembayaran utang senilai total Rp.143,6 miliar.
